Shipping costs
We charge a flat rate to ship products across Australia. If you order a stop or pose device, either accompanied or unaccompanied by another item, the cost is $14.95 inc gst. Ordering a replacement gel or cream product only will attract a shipping cost of $4.95 inc gst.

Orders are typically despatched within 1 business day and shipping times are estimated between 1 and 10 days depending on your location within Australia

Shipping and Delivery Policy
We deliver products Australia-wide using Australia Post’s eParcel service. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product.  Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day and shipping times are estimated at between 1 and 10 business days depending on your location within Australia.   

Customer Service Policy
Stopandpose.com.au is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 1-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange a backorder or a full refund.   

Refund Policy
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don't do what they are supposed to do

Stopandpose.com.au is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone outside our network of suppliers. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter (if applicable) and to personalise your shopping experience with us; that's all.

Cookies sent to your computer from stopandpose.com.au only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer.
